Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of botger, a chat bot and streamer dashboard for Blaze.stream, operated by an individual developer, not a company. By using botger's dashboard or bot features on your channel, you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.

The service

botger provides a chat bot for Blaze.stream channels (keyword tracking, event announcements, votes, games, and similar chat/stream tools) plus a web dashboard for configuring those features. Optionally, you can link chat from other platforms you also stream on (currently Twitch, YouTube, Rumble, Kick) so that platform's live chat is displayed alongside your Blaze.stream chat in a single overlay. Features and availability may change over time as botger is actively developed.

Your account and dashboard

• Your channel dashboard is accessed via a private URL token, optionally protected by a password you set. You're responsible for keeping that URL and password confidential.
• You're responsible for the configuration you set and any content (custom commands, messages, images, sounds) you add through your dashboard.
• If you link a third-party platform (Twitch, YouTube, Rumble, Kick), you're representing that you're authorized to connect that account/channel to botger.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use botger to violate the terms of service of Blaze.stream or any platform you link (Twitch, YouTube, Rumble, Kick), to harass or abuse others, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to botger's systems.

Third-party platforms

botger's integrations with Blaze.stream, Twitch, YouTube, Rumble, and Kick depend on those platforms' own APIs and terms of service, which are outside our control. We're not responsible for outages, API changes, or account actions taken by those platforms.

No warranty

botger is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, botger and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using botger at any time by disconnecting linked platforms and/or removing botger from your channel. We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any account that violates these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of botger after a change means you accept the updated terms.
